1. Acceptance of Terms
2. Our Services
- We do not hold or store your funds (non-custodial service).
- All exchanges are executed through third-party liquidity providers on respective blockchain networks.
- Exchange rates displayed on the Platform are indicative and may change. We offer both floating and fixed rates (where available).
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the recipient address and all transaction details you provide.
3. Fixed Rate vs Floating Rate
- Fixed rate: Our commission is 1% + network fee. The exchange rate is locked for 12 minutes after you confirm the order. If the market rate shifts by more than 1.3% before we detect your transaction on the blockchain, we will offer you either a full refund or the option to complete the exchange at the current market rate.
- Floating rate: Our commission is 0.5% + network fee. The rate is not fixed until we actually receive your funds; the final rate is determined at that moment based on the prevailing market price. There are no hidden fees.
In any exchange where a floating rate applies, recalculation is performed solely in the downward direction. We shall not be held liable for any delays caused by the client, nor shall we bear associated costs.
4. User Representations and Warranties
The Service is not provided to, and is not intended for, persons who are citizens, residents or tax residents of, or who are located, incorporated or established in, or acting from, the member states of the European Union and the European Economic Area (all 27 EU member states, as well as Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein; the “EU/EEA”). These representations are deemed to be repeated each time the Service is used.
The Service is not directed at the EU/EEA; the Company does not carry out, and does not procure any third party to carry out, any marketing, advertising or promotion of the Service addressed to persons in the EU/EEA. The provision of services to a person connected with the EU/EEA is possible solely at that person’s own exclusive initiative. The use of VPNs, proxy servers, anonymisers or any other means of circumventing territorial restrictions is prohibited and constitutes an independent ground for blocking and termination.
Affiliates must not market, promote, advertise, distribute links, target keywords, run paid campaigns or otherwise solicit users located in or resident in the EU/EEA.
