Where can I check the status of my order?

There are three convenient ways to track your exchange:

  1. In your personal account — log in → go to “Exchange History”. You will see the order number, date, time, and current status.
    Status “Executed” means the exchange has been successfully completed and funds have been sent.
  2. Without registration — simply refresh the exchange page (press F5). The current status will update automatically.
  3. Via email — if you are registered, you will receive automatic notifications about any status changes.
